(Teleborsa) – Ki Group, a company listed on AIM-Italia and active in the wholesale distribution, marketing and production of organic and natural products, has received from Negma a request for conversion of 413,565 Warrants A, issued on 26 November 2020, as per a specific contract signed at the end of 2020.
Therefore, against the cancellation of the 413,565 Warrants A subject to the conversion request, 413,565 new ordinary shares and 103,391 B Warrants will be issued.
The exercise price of the Warrants A subject to conversion was determined at € 0.13 per share, for a total value of approximately € 53,763.
Following the conversion, 31,511,226 Warrants A and 2,122,194 Warrants B still need to be converted.
