(Teleborsa) – The Board of Directors of SOL took note of the resignation announced by the General Manager Giulio Mario Bottes, with effect from 1 March 2022. Starting from that date, his powers will be assumed by the other General Manager Andrea Monti, who will continue to operate ensuring the continuity of the managerial action .
The Board of Directors, in the wake of the Group’s human resources policy, which sees the prioritization of the best internal resources as one of its key principles, then decided to implement a succession plan that can allow for a gradual and
gradual remodeling of the operational management of the SOL Group. For this reason, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint, with effect from 1 January 2022, two new Deputy General Managers, Daniele Forni and Claudio Garbellini, who will report exclusively to the sole General Manager Andrea Monti and will have remodeled competences and responsibilities.
From the beginning of 2022, Daniele Forni will be responsible for all the activities of the SOL Group in the field of technical gases, diversified activities and biotechnologies, while Claudio Garbellini will be responsible for all the activities of the SOL Group in the field of home care.
