(Teleborsa) – Bialetti Industrie – a company listed on the MTA of the Italian Stock Exchange and specialized in the production of coffee makers, small appliances and cooking tools – has obtained revenues equal to 64.9 million euros in the first half of 2021, up by 27.5% compared to the same period of the 2020 financial year.EBITDA consolidated normalized amounted to € 6.2 million (€ 2.6 million in the first half of 2020), while the Net income shows a loss of 4 million euros and compares with the negative result of 9.3 million euros a year ago.
The net assets consolidated at 30 June 2021 is negative for 32.2 million euros, compared to the negative 28.3 million at 31 December 2020.net financial debt normalized at 30 June 2021 was equal to 98.2 million euros, compared to 96.6 million at 31 December 2020.
The Board of Directors resolved, upon evaluation and proposal of the Nomination Committee, of to appoint, on an interim basis, the CEO Egidio Cozzi, as Manager in charge of preparing the corporate accounting documents with effect from 18 September 2021. The Board of Statutory Auditors expressed a favorable opinion in consideration of the urgency of the appointment on the one hand and the temporary nature of the office on the other.
