(Teleborsa) – Centrale del Latte d’Italia – a company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and active in the fresh and long-term milk market – recorded a sales 136 million euros in the first half of 2021, up 46.2% compared to 93 million in the same period of 2020 thanks to the contribution of the milk & dairy branch leased by the parent company Newlat Food.
L’EBITDA was 13 million euros (+ 34%), the operating result was 4.5 million euros (+ 7.1%) and the Net income equal to € 6.8 million (+ 183.3%). There net financial position improved by 4.9 million euros, going from -61.9 million euros at 31 December 2020 to -57 million euros at 30 June 2021.
Centrale del Latte d’Italia underlines that the results are “clearly better than those indicated in the last approved Business Plan, and compared to the consolidated figure for the half year 2020” and that in the current healthcare context “it confirmed that it has great skills in maintain its margins unchanged, a trend already clear from the previous year with particular evidence of synergies created by joining the Newlat Food group“.
Meanwhile, there is an excellent performance for Central Milk of Italy at Piazza Affari, where it trades in rise of 9.01%, reaching 3.75. Operationally, expectations are for a continuation of the day in a positive sense with resistance seen at 3.84 and later at 4.11. 3.57 support.
