(Teleborsa) – The takeover bid has been extended by one week promoted by Marbles on Retelit, which would have closed today 10 September 2021. The Offeror announced that it had agreed with Borsa Italiana the extension of the Acceptance Period, for further five days of the open stock exchange and therefore for the sessions from 13 September 2021 to September 17, 2021.
Consequently, the Acceptance Period will end at 17:30 on 17 September 2021 and the Consideration Payment Date, originally scheduled for 17 September 2021, is set for 24 September 2021. The Reopening of the Terms, originally scheduled for the sessions from 20 to 24 September 2021, will take place from 27 September to 1 October 2021. The Payment Date scheduled for 1 October 2021 is set for 8 October 2021.
