Stani Kulechov, founder of leading DeFi platform Aave, sold his NFT “Yield” for 350 ETH, which corresponds to $1.15 million. However, this NFT is a social experiment and the buyer has to choose one of two options.
According to NFT, the buyer is faced with two options: keep the artifact or return it. Either he will hold the NFT and wait for its value to rise and sell it to another buyer, or he will return it to Kulechov by October 31st, receiving 10% of the value of NFT or 10 ETH (US$33,000) in addition to all his money. Kulichov spoke to The Block about NFT and used the following statements:
Kulechov also said he is excited about whether NFT will be traded on the second-hand market, and if so, what the price will be.
The NFT in question is a video clip with the word YIELD written in balloon letters.
