Extension of the Superbonus? It is in the air. In fact, it is part of the hypotheses that the executive of Prime Minister Mario Draghi is evaluating, together with a postponement of the deadlines – and any changes – of Ecobonus, Sismabonus, Restructuring Bonus and Facade Bonus.
All the hypotheses in the field for the renewal of the Superbonus
For the construction Superbonus there are on the plate 18 billion euros, or the financial resources made available between PNRR and complementary fund until 2022 and, in the case of public housing, until June of the following year.
The extension of housework bonuses should come before the end of the current year. Guessing the timing, in fact, the premier would give greater certainty to the market that revolves around housework.
The deadline would then extend until 2023, as long as the government considers the 2021 exam passed, which will be held when the data relating to the building Super bonus for the current year arrives on Mario Draghi’s desk.
As anticipated, work would begin on an extension of the terms also in the case of the Ecobonus to 65%, of the Sismabonus, of the Facades Bonus and of the Restructuring Bonus, which could end up in the Financial Statements for next year.
In this direction they are also pushing trade associations. Taking the decision immediately, that of renewing the times, would allow credit institutions, consumers and entrepreneurs greater planning margins.
The associations therefore push the government in the direction of an extension of the incentives to 2023, to be inserted, realistically, in the Budget Law of 2022.
What are the deadlines currently in force for the Superbonus
What are the current ones deadlines for the Superbonus? These are the following:
- June 30, 2022: for single-family buildings. There is the option of an extension of another 6 months in cases where interventions equal to at least sixty percent of the project have been carried out by mid-2022.
- for condominiums the deadline corresponds to December 31, 2022.
Speaking of Superbonus, here are the new Enea procedures from 1st October. On the data, which, as already pointed out, will be decisive in the renewal of deadlines, the first data available give us hope: here are some estimates in progress.
