“Passengers, especially the most fragile, have the right to be protected and to travel safely alongside those who take care of them and this cannot lead to a penalty – added the minister who in July had already supported ENAC for having sanctions are foreseen for those airlines that apply higher fares for the allocation of seats for minors, people with disabilities or reduced mobility who have to travel close to their parents or accompanying persons.
