(Teleborsa) – Alerion Clean Power informed that he has purchased, from 6 to 10 September 2021, overall 20,066 treasury shares at an average price of € 15.5405 per share, for a countervalue overall of 311.865,64 euro, as part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 26 April 2021.
The total number of treasury shares held by the Group specializing in the production of electricity from renewable sources, as at 10 September inclusive, is equal to 156,848 representing 0.28923% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, the performance of Alerion Clean Power with prices aligned at € 15.02, for a drop of 0.92%.
