(Teleborsa) – Regarding the disservices Alitalia in the management luggage caused by the state of agitation of the workers, theNational Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) is following the evolution of the situation to prevent further inconvenience to passengers. The Authority – reads a note – has asked Alitalia to inform passengers, before the flight, in case they are aware that there could be problems in the management of hold baggage. According to the Authority, prior information would also limit gatherings near the baggage reclaim belts and in the Lost & Founds of airports.
ENAC, in continuing to monitor the situation in the coming weeks, also invited i passengers to inquire with Alitalia before going to the airport and to limit, if possible, theboarding of hold baggage. On this occasion, ENAC reiterated, as per its institutional mission, the centrality of the protection of passenger rights in the liberalized civil aviation system.
