Indian rock band Euphoria is preparing to release their latest album ‘SALE’ in NFT format. The group will release their NFT music album and nine behind-the-scenes photos on NFT platform Token Runway, and then go up for auction.
Euphoria’s 8th album ‘SALE’ consists of 7 songs that will take you on a journey through life experiences. Written at various times in Euphoria Founder Singer-Writer Palash Sen’s career, each song represents a real-life story witnessed and felt by him and the band. The album is essentially 17 years of hard work and passion combined into 7 soulful tracks.
Priyank Mahajan, Co-Founder of Token Runway, spoke about the Euphoria group’s NFT music art;
“We are excited to embark on this blockchain-powered journey with Euphoria. The system is built in a way that guarantees trust between content producers and buyers. We are excited to be able to work on Euphoria’s first NFT work.
Euphoria Founder and Singer Palash Sen, referring to the interest in the NFT market, said;
“We believe it’s important to bring our music to all communities. This will expand the reach of our work to the global blockchain community so we look forward to it. It’s for us to be a part of this movement. NFTs offer something brand new. In the long run, fans will have access to the exclusive work of musicians and will bring back the concept of ownership of music, as in CDs, cassettes and records.”
Palash spoke about his future plans as follows;
“After the launch of SALE as NFT, we will also work to create an annual calendar or a roadmap to release more content, memorabilia, Euphoria demos and many specials. NFTs are very exciting as they help us connect with an audience that is interested and looking for extraordinary collectibles. We are very happy to collaborate with Token Runway for our first NFT project. Working with them is really enjoyable.”
