(Teleborsa) – As part of thePublic Purchase Offer (OPA) voluntary initiative promoted by Marbles on the shares Retelit, it appears that today, 13 September 2021, 33,378 requests for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions amount to 4,944,697, equal to 4.23% of the offer.
The offer, which began on July 26, 2021, will end on September 17, 2021, as extended.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that the Retelit ordinary shares purchased on the market on 16 and 17 September 2021 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
