(Teleborsa) – In relation to the buy back program, Piquadro announces that it has purchased, between 6 and 10 September 2021, overall 17,825 treasury shares at the average price of 1.9856 euros, for a countervalue from 35.394,21,euro, as part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 July 2021.
Following the announced purchases, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, as at 10 September 2021 the Italian leather goods manufacturer holds 1,156,120 treasury shares equal to 2.3122% of the share capital.
In the meantime, on the Milanese list, a decent performance for Piquadro which stands at € 1.895, a slight increase of 0.26%.
