(Teleborsa) – SIT announced that, as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders’ meeting on 29 April 2021 and launched on the same date, between 6 and 10 September 2021, purchased 27,311 SIT ordinary shares at an average unit price of 9.9087 per euro per share and one countervalue total equal to 270.617,74 euro.
Following these purchases, the Company owns, as of 10 September, a total of 500,912 treasury shares, equal to 2.0030% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari today, effervescent SIT, which closes the session with a decidedly positive performance of 2.96%.
