(Teleborsa) – Doxee announced that, in relation to the buy-back program launched on 12 May 2021, he bought, from 1 to 8 September 2021 inclusive, overall 2,250 own sharesand, equal to 0.031% of the share capital at an average price of € 11.60 per share, for a total value of 26.100,00 euro.
The Company announced that the purchase of treasury shares took place in compliance with the applicable provisions of law and regulations and in accordance with the methods, terms and conditions contained in the authorization for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares conferred by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Following these transactions, Doxee holds, as of 10 September, a total of 71,250 treasury shares, equal to 0.989% of the share capital.
In the meantime, in Milan. sinks Doxee with prices aligned at € 12.3 for a drop of 3.91%.
