(Teleborsa) – Ferrari announced that he has purchased on the MTA It is on NYSE, as part of the fourth tranche of the buy-back program, from 7 to 10 September 2021, a total of 45,120 ordinary shares at the average unit price of € 186.1336, for one countervalue equal to 8.398.347,07 euro.
From the announcement of the fourth tranche of the buy-back program of 11 March 2021 until 10 September 2021, the total consideration invested was:
• 106,989,378.86 euros for no. 620,395 ordinary shares purchased on the MTA
• 30,037,423.69 USD (25,187,600.49 euros) for no. 143,295 common shares purchased on the NYSE
As of 10 September 2021, Ferrari therefore held 9,676,201 ordinary treasury shares equal to 3.76% of the total issued share capital including ordinary shares and special shares and net of the shares assigned under the Company’s stock incentive plan.
From 1 January 2019 to 10 September 2021, the prancing horse of Maranello repurchased a total of 4,490,875 treasury shares on the MTA and NYSE for a total consideration of 635,599,212.52 euros.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, Ferrari widens the profit margin compared to the values of the eve, and stands at 186.6 euros.
