(Teleborsa) – Enel ranks al seventh place globally in the Refinitiv Diversity and Inclusion Index 2021, the index of the company providing financial data globally which evaluates over 11,000 companies based on their performance in terms of diversity and inclusion. The multinational energy company also ranks at first place among Italian companies and, for the second consecutive year, in industrial grouping “Electric Utilities & IPPs”. Enel Américas, Enel’s Latin American company, is also included in the index.

The Diversity and Inclusion Index draws up a ranking of the top 100 listed companies that offer the workplace with the highest degree of diversity and inclusion worldwide, based on 24 parameters divided into four main categories: diversity, inclusion, people development and disputes. THE first three places are occupied – in this year’s edition – by Gap, Royal Bank of Canada e Accenture.
