(Teleborsa) – Palazzo Chigi wants to accelerate on the tax reform. The proxy law could arrive in the council of ministers as early as this week or at the latest in the next, while, according to what several newspapers reported today, the novelty could be the inclusion of the land registry reform within the provision. In addition to the revision of theIrpef for the middle classes and the cancellation ofIRAP in order to reduce the tax burden on companies, the Government would in fact aim to review the principles governing the classification of properties.
Equity problem. In fact, one of the most important points is the need to rebalance the tax treatment reserved for brick. Despite the various interventions in recent years, often the cadastral system continues to treat prestigious buildings in the central areas of cities much better than houses that have a much lower effective value but are more recent and therefore have an income closer to the real one. Another point on which the government seems willing to intervene is that ofunit of measure for the determination of the asset value with the transition from “vain” al square meter. Another chapter is that of the emergence of invisible properties on which we will rely on mapping cadastral elaborated by the Revenue Agency which in recent years has superimposed aerial photogrammetric surveys on the cadastral documents.
The measure should also find space in the vein of the fight againsttax evasion. In this field, the interventions identified would be those of the extension of the electronic invoicing even for those VAT numbers that are now exempt – amateur sports associations and clubs with revenues exceeding 65 thousand euros and lump-sum rates in the first place – and the rebalancing between the principles of protection of privacy and those of struggle to submerged.
Delicate issues, on which to find the square in the majority it will not be easy. “Respect the will of Parliament, which through the Finance Committee has expressed itself, almost unanimously, on the fact of avoiding the revision of the land registry, effectively increasing the taxation on properties”, the Forza Italia deputy has already declared. Sestino Giacomoni, member of the party presidency coordination.
