The INPS has summarized the calendar of bonus payment 200 euroswith the crediting dates for the different categories of beneficiaries.
Some will receive the allowance as early as Julywhile for others it will be necessary to wait until October. In all other cases it is theInps to provide fordisbursement of the one-off contribution: the access procedures change according to the category to which they belong and, consequently, the waiting times to receive the payment also change.
For some the accreditation will be automatic, for others it will be necessary to send the self-certification, still others will have to submit the application in order to receive the benefit. When should the self-certification be sent? Let’s be clear.
Bonus 200 euros, when it arrives
For the workers employees the bonus will be paid out a July automatically (only in the case of private, you must have completed a self-declaration). Same thing goes for retirees (holders of one or more pension payments under any form of compulsory social security, pension or social allowance, pension or allowance for civil, blind and deaf and dumb invalids, as well as accompanying pension benefits), beneficiaries of Basic income e maid.
For the unemployed, holders of Nasp, Dis coll, agricultural unemployment and former covid allowance, the payment will arrive in October 2022. Also for October, the disbursement in favor of those who have to apply is foreseen
Bonus 200 euros, to those who arrive automatically (and to those not)
The 200 euro bonus will automatically go to employees, retirees, unemployed and Rdc holders. Employees in the private sector must necessarily complete and deliver to the employer a self-certification requesting the bonus, while for all state employees the bonus arrives automatically, directly in the pay slip, without the need to make any request.
Instead, they must submit an application:
- the holders of coordinated and continuous collaboration relationships
- those enrolled in the Entertainment Workers Pension Fund
- occasional self-employed persons (without VAT number)
- maids and carers;
- seasonal, temporary and intermittent (including temporary workers in the agricultural sector);
- in charge of home sales.
For domestic workers, who have until September 30 to submit the application, the payment will be available within a few days of the application, already for the month of July.
For the other categories of workers, the deadline for submitting the application is October 31st and the payment will be arranged, as foreseen by the law, starting from next October.
Bonus 200 euros, what is self-certification for
The worker who is hired with an employee contract in a private company and wants to see the one-off measure of 200 euros recognized in the pay slip, must present the completed self-declaration to his owner.
The document certifies that the employee has the necessary requirements to receive the bonus:
- has an income of less than 35 thousand euros gross;
- is not the holder of the benefits referred to in Article 32, paragraphs 1 and 18 of the Aid decree (Citizenship Income, Naspi, pension, etc.);
- benefited in the first half of 2022 from the 0.8% contribution exemption provided for by article 1, paragraph 121, of law no. 234 of 2021, for at least one month’s salary.
Bonus 200 euros, by when to send the self-certification
There is no specific deadline within which to submit the self-declaration (here you will find the facsimile). It is up to the employer to decide with what times and methods to proceed: however, considering that the disbursement of the bonus 200 euro must be completed by July, the maximum limit for delivering the self-declaration to the employer will therefore fall within the current month.
Many companies have started distributing the documents to their workers as early as June, requesting them to deliver it filled in within a few days so as to have plenty of time to prove what has been declared.
Bonus 200 euros, what to remember
INPS reminds you that:
- employees, public and private, will receive the allowance from their employers;
- the application for bonuses by seasonal, fixed-term and intermittent workers as well as members of the Entertainment Workers’ Pension Fund must be submitted only if these workers do not receive the bonus directly from the employer as they have an employment relationship in the month of July 2022;
- the beneficiaries of the Covid-19 indemnity, referred to in the Sostegni and Sostegni bis decrees, and the holders of NASpI and DIS-COLL benefits in June 2022, will obtain the official payment of the 200 euro bonus from INPS, without need to submit the application;
- the maximum limit of income of 35 thousand euros gross per year, above which it will not be possible to receive the 200 euro bonus.
