The average monthly amount disbursed has grown over time; altogether it is increased by 11%going from 492 euros in 2019 to 546 euros in 2022.
Rdc, the situation in December 2022
In December 2022, there were 1.17 million beneficiary households of RdC/PdC (1.05 million RdC and 123 thousand PdC), with 2.48 million people involved (2.35 million RdC and 139 thousand PdC) and a average amount disbursed at national level of 549 euros (580 euros for the RdC and 291 euros for the PdC).
Also in December 2022, the audience of recipients of Citizenship Income and Citizenship Pension is made up of 2.20 million Italian citizens, 201,000 non-EU citizens with EU residence permits, 84,000 European citizens, 3,600 family members of the previous categories or holders of international protection.
Rdc, the amounts
For families with minors (367 thousand, with 1.3 million people involved), the average monthly amount is 679 euros, ranging from a minimum of 593 euros for families made up of two people to 739 euros for composed of five people.
There are almost 204,000 households with disabled people, with 456,000 people involved. The average amount is 491 euros, with a minimum of 389 euros for families made up of one person and 700 euros for those made up of five people.
Rdc, the differences between North and South
The distribution by geographic area sees:

- over 1.7 million in the South and Islands area.
The absolute differential between the South/Islands on one side and the North on the other is steadily higher than 100 euros per month, while that between the RdC and the PdC fluctuates around 300 euros per month.
