L’Revenue agency has published the date on which it will take place public competition for the permanent hiring of 900 new figures. The best of those who will be able to pass the selection will be employed in the role of technical assistantin the second functional area, salary bracket F3.
What will the 900 new technicians of the Revenue Agency do?
Specifically, the new resources will be allocated to the offices of the Revenue Agency for activities related to cadastral, cartographic, appraisal and real estate market observatory services.
The technical assistant must have specific theoretical and practical knowledge, provides support for the planning and operation of cadastral and cartographic services, technical-estimating consultancy services and the real estate market observatory, collaborating in the preparation, representation, monitoring some data.
It also takes care of the processes relating to the updating of the cadastral databases of buildings and land and cartography, in the acceptance and technical-administrative verification phase of the documentation presented by the user, in the back office control/verification of the technical documents, and in the on-site surveys, such as planimetric and topographic surveys, elaboration and updating of maps.
It also collaborates in litigation practices, providing the necessary technical-fiscal support and also provides technical-appraisal consultancy for movable and immovable property, aimed at preparing appraisals and recording the values and sale prices for the real estate market observatory.
The 900 Provincial Territory Office seats will be divided between Regional Departments, Provincial Departments, Central Department of Appraisal Services and Real Estate Market Observatory, Central Department of Cadastral, Cartographic and Real Estate Advertising Services in all Italian regions (4 places in Valle d’Aosta and 4 places in the Province of Bolzano).
Who can participate in the competition
Warning: only . are admitted to the competition those who have already submitted an application by 25 September 2022and that they respect these requirements:
- surveyor diploma obtained from a state technical institute for surveyors, equivalent or legally recognized, or diploma of upper secondary education of industrial expert in construction, or technical high school diploma of industrial expert, obtained from a state institute, equivalent or legally recognized or diploma of upper secondary education pertaining to the “Technological” sector, specialization “Construction, environment and territory”
- Italian citizenship
- regular position with regard to military obligations
- enjoyment of political and civil rights
- physical fitness for employment.
How and when the tests take place
The selection procedure involves two phases: objective technical-professional test and oral test.
Objective technical-professional test
The technical-professional objective test consists of a series of multiple-choice questions to ascertain knowledge of the following subjects:
- Geodesy, Topography and Cartography;
- Building science and technology;
- Estimate tools and techniques and elements of real estate economics;
- Cadastre regulations;
- Elements of legislation on construction and urban planning;
- Elements of administrative law;
- Elements of tax law.
The test is evaluated out of thirty. Candidates who report the score of at least 21/30 and are included in the ranking within the maximum number of places available, increased by up to 30%. Any decimal fraction is rounded up to the whole number. Candidates who are placed with the same score in the last available place in the ranking are still admitted to the oral test.
The technical-professional objective test will be held in the week from 13 to 18 March 2023. The diary and the exam site or any changes will be published with a specific notice on the website of the Revenue Agency agenziaentrate.gov.it. on February 20, 2023. We remind you that, as with any public competition, it is the candidates’ duty to check for any changes on the official Revenue website.
Oral exam
The oral exam will focus on the same subjects as the technical exam. During the oral test, the knowledge of the use of the equipment, of the most widespread computer applications, including those for updating the land register made available by the Revenue Agency to users, and of the English language, and of the skills required for the professional profile.
Even the oral test is evaluated out of thirty and is passed with a score of at least 21/30.
