They’ll kick off next Wednesday pension payments relating to the month of February 2023. Retirees who withdraw the sums in cash will have to go to the post offices until February 7th following the usual alphabetical rotation, while credits to Banks and Credit Institutions will take place on the first bankable day of the month.

All pensioners who intend to withdraw cash at the counter can go to one of the 12,800 post offices throughout the country from 1st to 7th February, according to the alphabetical roster posted outside each Post Office. Here is the detailed calendar for the payment of pensions for February 2023:
- from A to B: 1 February 2023;
- from C to D: February 2, 2023;
- E to K: February 3, 2023;
- L to W: February 4, 2023 (mornings only);
- P to R: February 6, 2023;
- from S to Z: February 7, 2023.

February pension, increases postponed to March
Inps announced in a note that it will pay the revaluation and arrears for pensions exceeding 2,101.52 euros (equal to four times the minimum) in March.
“From January 1, reads a note, the INPS has taken steps to attribute the revaluation of pensions and welfare benefits to the extent of 100% to all users who have obtained payment, in the year 2022, of pension installments for an amount lower than or equal at €2,101.52 (four times the minimum treatment). For all other retirees, in March 2023, INPS will proceed to attribute the equalization as a percentage based on the annual amount paid, as provided for by art. 1 paragraph 309 of the budget law. They will also be paid in March even arrears referring to the months of January and February 2023″.
Pensions, how to consult the online slip
In February, to know the amount of your pension you need to check the slip online.
The INPS has made available the preview of the payment of the pension slip. Consulting it is very simple: just go to the Inps website and click on the appropriate service which also includes pension payment notifications.
To access the service you need to have Spid, Cie or Cns digital credentials. Once you have entered the INPS website, you must then click on “MyInps” and then go to link “Performance and Services”, then open “Pension slip and connected services”.
