The project is coming Polis of 1.12 billion euros, financed with 800 million through the complementary plan of the Pnrr and the rest by Later, which plans to create a one-stop shop for services related to the public administration in 6,933 post offices in municipalities with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants. The first ones will open in March, the first three construction sites are nearing completion in Fara in Sabina (RI), Campagnano di Roma RM) and San Felice Circeo (LT). In addition, 250 co-working locations will be created.
Polis one-stop shop: which services will be provided
Among the services that will be provided:
- the request for an electronic identity card, passport, certificates of civil status and personal data, self-declarations of loss, declaration of possession and transport of weapons (managed by the Ministry of the Interior);
- request for reissue of tax code, account statement of debt positions, survey of cadastral plans, Rai fee exemption, proxies for fragile subjects (managed by the Revenue Agency);
- judicial certificates (ministry of justice);
- Isee, contribution statement, Obis model for pensioners, single certification (Inps);
- release of boat licence, complaint and request for duplicate license (Ministry of Infrastructures).
In the Municipalities where these one-stop shops will be set up, it will be enough to go to the post office to be able to request these services.
The first municipalities involved
Among the first 18 municipalities in which the one-stop shop will be implemented are Tolmezzo (Ud), Lamon (Bi), Calazicorte (LC), Gattico-Veruno (NO), Taggia (IM), Colecchio (PR), Alto Remo Terme ( BO), Borgo a Mozzano (LU), Magione (PG), Cepagatti (PE), Macchiagodena (IS), Piedimonte Matese (CE), Bernalda (MT), Cetraro (CS), Aragona (AG).
Next to the post offices they will find space charging stationsfor a total plan of 5,000 workstations.
Digital Transition Goal
