After the Quad Driver, the first in-ear headphones from the 1More brand to enter our comparison, here are the Triple Driver. In addition to the Hi-Res Audio label affixed to their side, the two models are the first headphones in the world to be THX certified. Behind this pageantry, the Quad Drivers revealed excellent surprises — but what about their younger sibling?

The 1More Triple Drivers offer excellent value for money, combining reliable construction, beautiful and robust materials, complete accessories and controls (iOS and Android compatible), excellent comfort and very good sound reproduction quality. We only deplore slightly garish mids, and a non-angled mini-jack.

An alternative

More library interiors than all-terrain companions, the E500s are clearly cut out for static use, indoors, in transport or at home. A lack of “versatility” which will also have repercussions on their sound signature, certainly absolutely stunningly clean, but whose excess of liveliness and cutting edge is a bit divisive. The heist of the century therefore does not take place, which does not prevent the E500s from being an interesting option if you are looking for simple intras, very affordable and above all with a very sound sound base, before — why not — investing to go upmarket and in performance.
