Last year, Samsung made a remarkable comeback in Europe on the laptop market, since the GalaxyBooks seduced us with their Amoled screen and ultra-thin chassis. The company does not intend to stop in such a good way, since it has just announced this February 1 five new PCs during its Galaxy Unpacked event.
We will thus find almost the same references as last year with GalaxyBook3 Pro and Pro 360, and more entry-level classic Galaxy Book3, also available in 360 version with a hinged screen. However, a new model is appearing: the GalaxyBook3 Ultra, which offers a high-level technical sheet, integrating Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 graphics cards.
An impressive Galaxy Book3 Ultra
The latter will be offered in two versions, one equipped with an Intel Core i9 with an RTX 4070, the other with a Core i7 with an RTX 4050. A model clearly intended for creators who will also benefit from a 16-inch 1440p screen Amoled 120 Hz in 16:10 format as well as a Full HD webcam. Interestingly, its weight is limited to 1.79 kg, a great feat considering the on-board components. The competition generally exceeds 2 kg on the scale, whether with the Razer Blade 15 Advanced or the MacBook Pro 16 for example. Attention, it will be necessary to get your hands on the wallet for these two Book3 Ultra, which are displayed at 3500 and 4000 €.
The Book3 Pro will not benefit from a dedicated GPU, but their technical sheet remains top of the range with the same screen as their big brother, but an Intel Core i7 processor from the P series. Count 1.66 kg for the 360 versions and a price of 2200 €, and barely 1.17 kg for the classic model which is displayed at 2100 €.

The Galaxy Book3 360 goes down to Full HD definition (still Amoled), for a price of between €1,400 and €1,800 depending on the configuration, while the Book3, the most accessible model, swaps Amoled for classic LCD, but will cost “only” 1300 €.
