The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)’s final decision period for ETF applications in 2023 ended yesterday.
The institution decided to postpone the ETF and first postponed the spot bitcoin ETF applications of Hashdex and then the spot bitcoin ETF applications of Global X and Franklin Templeton companies.
Wait for the next date for Global X Company Application 22 December 2023 will be. This date is for the application of Hashdex and Franklin Templeton companies. 1 January 2024.
Several other applications are also awaiting a decision in January. Final decision date on ARK Invest’s Bitcoin ETF application 10 January 2024. Bloomberg ETF analysts said they see a 90 percent chance of approval on January 10.
On the other hand 14-17 January 2024 Approval, rejection or postponement decisions are to be made for the applications of the companies BlackRock, Bitwise, VanEck, WisdomTree, Invesco, Wise Origin and Valkyrie.
