OnePlus Pad Go review: An accessible tablet with no shortage of benefits.

The OnePlus Pad Go is equipped with a single 8-megapixel (Mpx) photo sensor on the back, paired with wide-angle optics. Although photography is not the primary purpose of tablets, it helps improve the user experience by making it more complete.

Module Principal: 8 MPX

The Pad Go delivers very respectable daytime shots thanks to good detail management and the toning of shapes to highlight small elements. While this approach may be a bit exaggerated, it provides an overall satisfying sophistication. Color measurement, for its part, is quite natural, while most competitors deliver fairly saturated images.

However, this fidelity drops significantly in low light. Apart from a marked orange cast, the images are covered with visible digital noise. Despite streamlining the software to minimize these flaws, and making the whole thing acceptable for use on social networks, the shots are pretty blurry.

Front module, video

The device integrates a front camera with the same definition of 8 Mpx, centered for use in landscape mode, suitable for video calls and movies in 1080p at 30 fps with low noise in the dark. Can be closed. On the rear, recordings also cap at 1080p 30 fps and the lack of optical stabilization limits the fluidity of moving videos.
