New Disney+ Releases: Movies and Series to Watch Streaming in January 2025

As the year 2025 opens its arms to us, streaming platform Disney+ has announced its new movies, series and documentaries coming in January. Expanding the catalog. A (surprisingly) eclectic delivery that will please subscribers, and position the service against Netflix, Prime Video, Max and Canal+. Strengthen.

Before we present you with a list of new Disney+ releases for January, here are (in our opinion) the series and movie of the month on the streaming platform.

Disney+ Movie of the Month

Indiana Jones and the Clock of Destiny

The year is 1969. After more than a decade of teaching in New York, Indiana Jones is retiring. Everything changes after a visit from his goddess Helena Shaw in search of a rare artifact: the Archimedes Dial, a device with the power to explore temporal rifts. It is coveted by Jürgen Voller, an ex-Nazi and Indy’s old enemy.

If it falls short of the heights of the best films in the franchise (The Last Crusade rest on top) The Dial of Destiny After the disappointment of the fourth film, fans will be reunited with Indiana Jones. A generous, heartwarming adventure with a golden cast, offering a beautiful farewell to the character of Indy.
