Spring is just around the corner, and Samsung is gearing up to announce new smartphones just before that time. In fact, it’s been years since the South Korean firm chose the month of March to formalize the Galaxy A, and more specifically the Galaxy A3X and Galaxy A5X.
So we expect to discover the Galaxy A36 and A56 in about two and a half months, and the leaks about them keep increasing. A Twitter/X post shared by @TheGalox_ on December 29, 2024 also ended the suspense regarding the tech sheet of the best-equipped model.

In itself, some things change. We actually noticed that the Galaxy A56’s front sensor will adopt a lower resolution than the Galaxy A55 (12MP instead of 36MP). While wired fast charging will now be on par with the latest generations of Galaxy S+ and Galaxy S Ultra with a power of 45 W, compared to the previous 25 W.
The informant finally shares the price of the smartphone in England: £439, i.e. the launch price of the Samsung Galaxy A55 (€499 in France).
