DeVillet showed plenty of power with the Dione, once again delivering deep and punchy bass, a dizzying array of power, and in a relatively compact, more typically well-rounded performance for the genre’s elite. Demonstrates his incredible ability. The design of the product sound bar is consistent and the user experience, although a little too basic in some aspects, is both simple and intuitive. However, there remains a downside in terms of surround and 3D specialization, a point where the Dione lags behind many of its rivals and which proves a bit disappointing given its ambitions and its pricing. On that account, and if you’re primarily looking for a soundbar to recreate the immersive feeling of a home cinema set, other “traditional” and above all less expensive references will seem more suitable. .
Note: The price drop reported is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged for the product by all merchants in the previous month, excluding in-store prices. with protective rules for those whose VAT policy is unclear (so-called “grey” stores, usually in the case of imports from China).
An alternative
Why change a winning team? Already exceptional in 2023, Samsung’s high-end soundbar is being revamped in a 2024 version that’s just as powerful and immersive. The HW-Q995D goes a step further than its predecessor by allowing gamers to take full advantage of their consoles with 4K/120 Hz video support.
