Participation requirements

On the date of application submission, the training provider must meet the following: Eligibility Requirements:

  • regulatory and participatory regularities;
  • have the ability to enter into contracts with public administrations, not be subject to sanctions or disqualification measures;
  • to comply with the application of national collective sector agreements;
  • not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, compulsory liquidation, composition with creditors or similar circumstances;
  • Not be the recipient of judicial actions that impose administrative sanctions pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

In addition to the general requirements, the training provider must:

  • have appropriate technologies and structures for training delivery;
  • be trainers with proven experience in the tourism sector or related fields;
  • guarantee the possibility of providing distance education for certain courses;
  • Demonstrate at least three years of training activities in the field of tourism.

According to Presidential Decree 445/2000, ownership of the above requirements must be declared through self-certification.

How to Apply

Applications for participation in the tender for financing training projects in tourism may be submitted by training institutions. By 31 January 2025 through specially verified email (PEC) to the address fondoformazione.mitur@pec.aci.it.

The following must be attached with the application. Documents:

  • A financing application containing a self-certification stating that the individual is in possession of the eligibility requirements.
  • A detailed proposal for a training course;
  • Proposed economic and financial plan;
  • any letter of undertaking between the partners forming part of the ATS;
  • A detailed proposal of the training course including general objectives of the training course, timetable for project implementation, name of the training course, course director, relevant CV and identification document, minimum and maximum number of participants in the training course, access Procedures and methods Registration, training objectives and expected learning outcomes, description of training activities and their description in planned modules, teaching calendar, language of delivery, list of teachers involved in training activities and brief presentation sheet, frequency of activities , the location to carry out the module and/or if the module is online, a description of the platform used, the organizational, instrumental and logistical elements that will be used to carry out the activities in person.
  • Any offer of internship and any contract with public and private institutions or national or foreign universities;

  • The contribution requested (within the maximum limit of 150 thousand euros) and the expenses eligible for those requesting it (Article 10 of the Notice).
